Speeding at around 60 to 80kph is a 1, 2, 3 steps for the crossing passers. So far, I haven't heard of accidents in this particular place in Libis, Quezon City near Dampa sa Libis.
But still extra caution and care like the basics: STOP, LOOK and LISTEN. Head left and then right!Because the life you save maybe your own!
