ULTRA: THE RETURN

Thanks Heavens for the return!

The ULTRA.

I've been here some few years ago. I made my best foot down here to this track. I made hundreds or maybe thousands of strides here. Stretching and shaking-off few calories from every fiber of my muscles.  

Hop! to! Hop! to! Hop to!

 The ambiance of this place is so refreshing, a grace of nature and place to secure yourself few fresh breath away from the searing noise of the city.

The oval is very inviting. Try having a jog in the morning around 7 or 8 to 10:30 AM - where the sunshine is still welcoming - beyond that you're a bacon, ha ha ha! 

Facing this way, at the left is an Olympic-size sporting pool where I used to give few kicks.

This oval is nestled in Pasig City, near Valle Verde Country Club maybe few rides from wherever you are, obviously lol.

God is Goodness and Life is Beautiful!

O FEAST SATURDAYS (ULTRA EDITION)

I always wanna be part of the a herd - like this. This day (night) I wanna thank God for giving me this community and me to them. We're simply part and parcel of the Happiest Catholic Community there is - The Feast!

We've been into one of the sports places here in Pasig - the PHILSPORTS or ULTRA for some. I took few rounds of jog then with meager sticky sweat easing from my forehead. It's a cold quite night here but the warmth of friendship that runs through our veins its unlikely to be this cold.

I have shots courtesy of my Sony Ericsson C905 Cybershot - not bad!

Few strides away will be the Food and Drinking hub here in Pasig - Tiendesitas!

I have my plate here with grilled "hito" and an outcast shrimp that doesn't say a word after all.

These guys are awesome!
